Fee & Retainer
The hourly rate for our mediation service is $350, and no administrator fees. Services will be rendered with a prepaid retainer of $2,000 for a full day’s mediation, divided equally between the parties.

Marc represented me in San Mateo County Superior Court. I had to defend myself against a lawsuit brought by my HOA. It took almost two years to bring this case to a conclusion.
